Park Water Company takes the privacy of your account very seriously. In our continuing effort to better serve you, we have a procedure intended to prevent unauthorized access to your account. The procedure requires the caller to verify they are the customer of record before we make any changes to the account.

This verification will be done by asking the caller to verify the last four digits of the primary customer's social security number or by correctly answering the security questions that are on file.

We want you to be confident that your personal account information is secure.  Through this process, we want to ensure that only you or your authorized representative is able to access or utilize your account.
