Automatic meter reading, or AMR, utilizes radio frequency to collect data from your water meter and transfers that data to Park Water Company's billing database. This system eliminates the need for each meter to be visually read by a technician and ensures that water usage is billed correctly.

Park's AMR system includes truck mounted devices, and radio transmitter equipped water meters.

We have begun to replace all of the water meters with difficult access. This replacement will continue until all of Park's water meters are equipped with the technology. This process is expected to be completed by 2020.
